Oh good surf!

Finally got the chance to surf the reef in Ogitsu with my Australian buddy D, who not only has given me tips and encouragement, but also gave me his old wetsuit so I can extend my season a little bit! For the record, I'm not exactly a successful surfer yet, but I am making progress. And hey, practicing's free! The waves were big (for me) though apparently quite a bit smaller than the week before. Here are a couple pictures of D surfing after I called it a day. The quality of my photos does not do his surfing justice.
